Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required within the last 2 years.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have Neuro/Ortho Trauma experience

Required Credentials:

• For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position.
• Associate’s Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: Holidays: Holiday rotation

Shift & Scheduling: Every weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun)

Floating Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - within 60 mile radius

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference from within the last 3 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference from within the last 12 months
