Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist

Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Respiratory Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ProHealth Care.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Comfortable working in a critical care environment; NICU experience needed.

Shift & Scheduling: 12s and 8s 0630-1500 or 0630-1900. Every 2nd or 3rd weekend.

Floating Requirements: To Oconomowoc Memorial, Mukwonago and other units as needed.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
