SYNTHETIC DATA PRODUCER/PROJECT MANAGER WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Project Manager/Producer We are seeking a Project Manager/Producer with Agile and JIRA experience to provide project management support for the development of synthetic data. This role involves contributing to the generation of synthetic data used to develop software solutions that will enable the next generation of innovative products. In this highly collaborative role, the Producer will provide organizational support within the team to ensure timely and quality delivery of synthetic data milestones. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can balance order and structure with innovation. You will be supporting multiple teams, managing projects from initial requirements gathering and scoping through delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing project schedules, tracking progress, reporting, and identifying and communicating risks and dependencies. Additionally, you will serve as a critical link between multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of features requiring cross-functional collaboration. Must-Have Skills: * 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Producer * Experience building product and/or software engineering roadmaps and supporting teams to deliver milestones on time * Ability to manage scope changes and adjust schedules accordingly * Proficient in facilitating and tracking the completion of project features * Experience working with Engineering Managers to ensure alignment and progress toward milestones * Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage time effectively for others * Proficient with Jira * Experience working with Engineers (e.g., Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineers) * Experience working with 3D Artists, Technical Artists, and understanding 3D content development (preferred) * Experience working with cross-functional teams * Ability to manage both short- and long-term projects * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to foster successful collaborations between technical and creative disciplines * Proficient in a Mac OS environment Soft Skills: * Discretion in handling confidential materials and issues * Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor * Self-managed, self-motivated, and able to rapidly learn new concepts and terminology Plus Skills: * Experience working with 3D Artists, Technical Artists, and understanding 3D content development (preferred) * Experience configuring Jira and the ability to train other team members and customize Jira projects if needed * PMP or Scrum Master Certifications Education/Certifications: * BS degree or similar industry experience Industries/Companies: * Gaming * Film * Advertising Agency * Design Agency Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Partner with Engineering Managers to help build product and/or software engineering roadmaps * Support multiple teams, managing projects from initial requirements gathering and scoping through delivery * Responsible for project schedules, tracking, reporting, and identifying and communicating risks and dependencies * Serve as a critical link between multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of features requiring cross-functional collaboration
