COMPUTER OPERATOR IV WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: * Tyonek Services Group is providing full on-site / off-site maintenance flight/Functional Check Flight operations to support the US Army Flight Test Directorate AFTD at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The support will be conducted in accordance with current Army directives, including but not limited to, AR 95-1 and AR 95-20. * Areas for support to be provided include aircraft maintenance, completion of all maintenance test flights on AFTD aircraft, fault isolation and troubleshooting, and management of internal contractor pilot and non-rated crewmember flight records. DUTIES: * Perform software development, analysis, integration and related functions for research, development, test and * evaluation in support of military equipment and systems; analysis and design of application interfaces and * integration; translation of user requests and processes into detailed functional and technical specifications; and * development of interface specifications, report guidance lines and formats, policies, procedures, and system * documentation. * Serves as the STAMIS System's Repairer. * Other duties as assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: * Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline from an * accredited* college/university and nine (9) years applicable experience; an Associate's Degree in Computer * Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline and 11 years of applicable experience; or 13 years of * applicable experience. * Must be a US Citizen * Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
