CAD/DRAFTER LEVEL IV WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Tyto Athene is seeking a mid to high-level CAD Drafter with skills to compliment an experienced team of technicians, engineers, and documentation specialists performing security system design, installation, and maintenance. Individual shall be capable of performing design studies where the design objectives are defined by a detailed physical specification; developing and accumulating raw data measurements from physical inspections of electronic equipment and facilities and transforming the data into design layouts; producing detailed electrical, electronic schematics utilizing operation of a Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) system to include I/O devices. Individual must be capable of working independently on assigned tasks. Responsibilities: * Produce architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings from layouts in accordance with ANSI/ASME Y14.100 and produce working drawings and schematics of parts and assemblies from sketches, layouts and design plans. * Manage subordinate CAD personnel on assigned tasks. * Participate in site surveys to gather information required to develop Installation Design Packages (IDP's) and final as-built documentation. * Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel in connection with engineering site surveys. (< than 20%) Qualifications: * High School High Diploma or equivalent and six (6) years' experience in the drafting of engineering documentation in accordance with DoD Standards, as well as current working knowledge of applicable military & industry standards, tolerances, and standard drawing practices. * At least five (5) years' experience using AUTOCAD 2013 (or later version). * Valid passport for international travel Clearance Requirement: * Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility Equal Opportunity Employer: Disability/Veteran About Tyto Athene
