This role will serve as a thought-leader and expert within the media and digital space across a portfolio of brands and indications, including late lifecycle and launch brands in a highly competitive marketplace. This individual will also lead digital enablement, transformation and advancement strategies within the Immunology DTC Marketing team.   What you’ll doLead development of paid media strategy and execution in partnership with media AOR for multiple campaigns Evaluate and optimize media mix to drive enhanced performance (e.g. ROI, conversion)Partner with analytics to create and implement media measurement strategy and output with internal and external partnersPartner with Digital Transformation team and internal partners (compliance, regulatory, legal) to build digital capabilities and experiences within DTC owned assets Identify new and emerging channels/capabilities and partner with cross functional partners to gain necessary endorsement and ultimately execute Influence the team of cross-functional partners across IT, analytics and market research and brand to build solutions and processes that enable increased patient engagement and reach, and that improve connectivity in cross-channel experiencesPartner with brand team, agencies and IT partners to update/optimize/produce Immunology owned DTC websites Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skillsMinimum Qualifications:•BS/BA degree required10+ years relevant industry experience (Pharma, CPG)Prior marketing experience including paid media strategy and execution in traditional, digital and emerging channelsPrior experience working with AORs leading media strategy and measurement plans  Preferred Qualifications:Previous media or creative agency experience in the pharmaceutical categoryExperience within Specialty brands / complex patient journeysExperience with email marketing platforms, Salesforce products, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or TableauExperience with customer engagement offering such as Next Best Action solution to optimize commercial activityAdvanced understanding of the cross-digital channel and analytics space, in areas such as digital media, search, social media, social listening, online video, websites, management platforms, programmatic, endemic, paid search vs SEOAdvanced understanding of segmentation/audience development for use in testing and personalization.Strong experience connecting digital data and online experiences to offline behaviors and other 3rd party data sources for in-depth analysis. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $141,000 - $186,000.
