Pay: $32.01 - $49.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) medical office. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical support to physicians and advanced practice providers while delivering exceptional patient-centered care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting, brings strong clinical judgment, and is passionate about helping patients navigate ENT-related conditions with confidence and comfort. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative care team in a specialty-focused environment where excellence, efficiency, and empathy are valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to ENT patients, including assessment, triage, education, and follow-up
  • Assist providers with in-office procedures such as nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, audiologic testing coordination, and minor surgical procedures
  • Prepare patients and examination rooms, ensuring appropriate instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and properly sterilized
  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments in accordance with provider orders and established protocols
  • Accurately document patient histories, assessments, procedures, and care plans in the electronic medical record
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, post-procedure care, and preventive health measures
  • Coordinate care with physicians, audiologists, allergy staff, and external providers to ensure seamless patient experiences
  • Manage phone triage, prescription refills, test results, and patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Foster a welcoming, respectful environment that promotes patient trust, comfort, and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.


  • Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant certification as determined at position level.

    Minimum Experience: 6 months of nursing experience.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
