Program Highlights
Gain hands-on experience in distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing and logistics.
Rotate through different roles over 18-24 months and learn from experienced mentors.
Upon completion, join our Distribution Operations team based on your interests and our needs.
Position Responsibilities
Develop foundational knowledge of Uline’s distribution operations, systems and processes.
Work on cross-functional projects with our supply chain teams.
Travel to multiple Uline North American locations for assignments.
Analyze business reports and data to enhance operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or a related field.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Available to travel and spend several weeks at Uline's North American locations.
