Position Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a team of Demand Planners and Buyers.

  • Determine inventory levels at Uline’s network of distribution centers and warehouses.

  • Monitor inventory levels, develop product forecasts and determine stocking strategies.

  • Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors.

  • Work with the Merchandising team to solve vendor issues, handle vendor changes and determine potential product additions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 10+ years of experience in Purchasing, Inventory Management or Demand Planning.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, contributing to the “big picture.”
