24 months minimum of current PCU experience - REQUIRED
Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
