USS is currently seeking individuals to support the DC2HS contract as a Program Manager. The Program Manager will support NIWC Atlantic Government leaders in developing strategies and concepts in alignment with mission, vision, and direction of NIWC Atlantic. Will work with Government leaders in developing presentation material (e.g. briefs, fact sheets, etc.) to enhance understanding of activities, accomplishments, and initiatives. The Program Manager shall report costs, schedule, and performance at the task level for all tasks in the task order. Will be prepared to present and discuss the current status of the task order and submit required monthly CDRLs. Please note:
- This job is CONTINGENT upon contract award.
- All candidates MUST have a current Secret Clearance. Specific Experience and Certifications:
- Five (5) years as manager of an enterprise data center or cloud hosting project. Experience may be achieved simultaneously. Minimum Experience:
- Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of program/projects, to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support;
- Experience shall include at least eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning;
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures;
- Individual shall have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role;
- Individual shall have notable experience supervising and/or mentoring of lesser experienced personnel.
