*POSITION HIGHLIGHTS*
* Work with all members of the surgical staff team including world-class physicians, CRNAs, residents, and fellows in a team-care model
* Be a part of a Magnet-designated academic medical center
* No weekend shifts, no holiday shifts, no night shifts, no after-hours calls
* Flexible scheduling available
* Shifts are 8-hours, 10-hours, 12-hours, or 13-hours
* Case variety and complex patients



*PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Perioperative Anesthetic Management
* Promote positive, respectful interpersonal relationships while communicating effectively with patients and their family, and act as a patient advocate through the perioperative period
* Act with general clinical independence and decision-making responsibility in concert with the attending anesthesiologist’s guidance and supervision in accordance with the Department of Anesthesiology guidelines
* Conduct a complete and accurate preoperative patient evaluation to include appropriate pre-anesthetic counseling and obtaining verbal consent





*REQUIREMENTS*
* Completion of a CRNA educational program and national certification
* Washington State RN license and ARNP license
