Role Overview
We are hiring a State Clinical Director – Bangor, Maine who is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this leadership role, you will provide high-quality supervision, guide treatment planning, and ensure family engagement. Our BCBAs benefit from tech-enabled systems and a collaborative, supportive culture.
State Clinical Director Responsibilities

Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs

Develop and update treatment plans with measurable goals

Lead caregiver meetings twice per month

Balance in-home and telehealth services

Maintain accurate data collection and documentation
State Clinical Director (BCBA) Qualifications

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

1+ year of BCBA experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience with both in-home and center-based ABA services

Must relocate to Bangor, Maine prior to starting
