Responsibilities

  • Serve as the State Clinical Director – New Hampshire, providing direct supervision and support to RBTs with a focus on quality outcomes

  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable client goals

  • Lead caregiver meetings to ensure family involvement and progress monitoring

  • Balance in-home and telehealth services across assigned cases

  • Maintain high standards of data collection and clinical documentation

Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

  • At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA (preferred)

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with families and team members

  • Experience with both in-home and center-based services

  • Comfort with technology-based ABA tools

  • Must be able to relocate to New Hampshire prior to starting
