Job Summary:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in our team, working closely with our experienced professionals to design and implement personalized, evidence-based therapy plans for children with autism and related developmental disorders.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and oversee the behavioral treatment plans for a caseload of clients
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to measure treatment effectiveness
Develop and maintain clinical records, reports, and data collection systems
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other staff members
Participate in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities to stay current with best practices
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and practices
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:
$48 - $58 BI_WEEKLY, commensurate with experience and qualifications
