Job Summary:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in our team, working closely with our experienced professionals to design and implement personalized, evidence-based therapy plans for children with autism and related developmental disorders.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee the behavioral treatment plans for a caseload of clients

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to measure treatment effectiveness

  • Develop and maintain clinical records, reports, and data collection systems

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure seamless delivery of services

  • Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other staff members

  • Participate in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities to stay current with best practices

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and practices

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:

  • $48 - $58 BI_WEEKLY, commensurate with experience and qualifications
