Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an RBT, you will work closely with our team of behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support children with ASD and other developmental disabilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of behavior analysts and other professionals

  • Provide feedback and support to parents and caregivers on strategies for promoting generalization of skills in natural environments

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of progress, interventions, and results

  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based interventions

Registered Behavior Technician Requirements:

  • Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

  • Experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with children with complex needs and behaviors
