Responsibilities Assists the Program Manager of the entire contract, to include but are not limited to, managing resources, costs, schedules, performance, and risk across the tasks. Provides technical support to projects/tasks IAW contract requirements. Assists and advises the PM day-to-day activities to ensure programs/projects and tasks meet organizational, client and contractual goals and requirements. Oversees the work performance of assigned personnel and prioritizes mission tasks/projects as required. Updates and reports to customers on resource availability, delivered workload, and performance requirements. Assists managing programs/projects with required resources, personnel, equipment, and facilities for geographically dispersed customers. Serves as the alternate point of contact for program/project matters for INSCOM. Assists financial management for the contract IAW budget guidelines and schedules. Ensures effective utilization of personnel, materials, funds, facilities, and equipment meets the customers' operational needs. Briefs senior client and corporate leadership on program status, successes, and challenges. Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited college/university with a major or concentration in Logistics, Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration, or related fields with 12-15 years of successful managerial experience on DoD programs and projects that provided worldwide maintenance, facility engineering, and logistics support. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited university/ college with 20 years' experience of successful managerial experience on DoD programs and projects that provided worldwide maintenance, facility engineering, and logistics support. Project Management certification Demonstrated knowledge in contract management, logistics, and sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) and intelligence operations. Proven leadership in successfully managing complex programs with large number of personnel, equipment, and customers geographically dispersed. Management experience in contingency support operations. Knowledge of practical application of information operations for military operations. Understanding of contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) efforts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project. Ability to analyze data and brief senior leadership. Fluent in the English language including the ability to read, write, and comprehend relevant documentation.
