Major Responsibilities
- Support and maintain server hardware and software
- Provide technical support for escalated issues
- Develop internal network capabilities and assist with M365 migration
- Manage social cyber awareness, MDR solutions, and privilege access
- Provision users, oversee hardware rollouts, and handle email protection
- Collaborate with security partners to address network vulnerabilities
- Troubleshoot complex issues and build/deploy workstations
- Monitor Cisco Meraki hardware and engage with customers
Education
- Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Experience
- Required: 4-5 years with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft 365
- Preferred: Network administration, troubleshooting, familiarity with CIS
Skills
- Required: TCP/IP services (DNS, DHCP, HTTP, etc.), VLANs, Routing, Prioritization, Multi-tasking, VMWare/Hyper-V, Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
- Preferred: Cisco CCNA, MCSA
