Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in Enterprise Applications, particularly ServiceNow (ITSM and ITOM)

  • Lead implementation and management of PaaS and SaaS solutions

  • Collaborate with leaders to align solutions with business and security requirements

  • Maintain strategic roadmap based on business needs and objectives

  • Work with stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deploy applications and enhancements

  • Mentor junior staff, provide support escalation, and contribute to team development

  • Develop and manage technical support processes, metrics, SLAs, and policies

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance

  • Ensure adherence to governance, security, and audit policies

  • Attend meetings and trainings, and perform other duties as needed



Must haves:

  • 5+ years of enterprise technical and application support for ServiceNow

  • 4-year degree preferred

  • 2+ years of Agile project management experience

  • Proven project leadership skills

  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management

  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes

  • Successful project execution and team building

  • Extensive experience with SaaS, PaaS, and cloud architectures

  • Expertise in business process analysis, solution design, and enterprise application support
