Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in Enterprise Applications, particularly ServiceNow (ITSM and ITOM)
- Lead implementation and management of PaaS and SaaS solutions
- Collaborate with leaders to align solutions with business and security requirements
- Maintain strategic roadmap based on business needs and objectives
- Work with stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deploy applications and enhancements
- Mentor junior staff, provide support escalation, and contribute to team development
- Develop and manage technical support processes, metrics, SLAs, and policies
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and audit policies
- Attend meetings and trainings, and perform other duties as needed
Must haves:
- 5+ years of enterprise technical and application support for ServiceNow
- 4-year degree preferred
- 2+ years of Agile project management experience
- Proven project leadership skills
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes
- Successful project execution and team building
- Extensive experience with SaaS, PaaS, and cloud architectures
- Expertise in business process analysis, solution design, and enterprise application support
