- Must haves:
- 7+ years of BI development experience
- Heavy knowledge in SQL and data warehousing
- 3+ years in a leadership role centered around BI
- Well-versed in PowerBI or similar tools surrounding visualization, administration and distribution
- Nice to haves:
- Prior healthcare experience
- Expert in data shaping and how to organize information
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership with focus on mentorship and coaching
- Job scope:
- Lead the growing functions of BI across the organization
- Develop and deliver a BI strategy roadmap aligned with enterprise goals and initiatives
- Manage SLAs, dashboards and visualizations for BI suite/services
- Curate best practices
- Drive actionable insights and recommendations
