Key Responsibilities:Design and architect end-to-end IT solutions that meet business and technical requirements, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to understand and define project requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure optimal performance and security of the IT environment.
Ensure that solutions are aligned with industry regulations and standards, particularly those relevant to healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including blueprints, roadmaps, and technical specifications.
Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based and on-premise solutions, including integration with existing systems.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for IT projects.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the IT landscape.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
7 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and on-premise systems.
In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and data security requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
