***This position works onsite*** VSolvit has an opening for a Document Control Assistant IV to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division customer in Norco, California. These individuals will support the variety of NSWC Corona’s Corporate business operations organizations (Corporate Business Office, Security Office, and Corporate Operations Department) and their administrative requirements to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with end users as well as with the team. Responsibilities * Provide records management and forms management support to include inventory, destruction, file placement, training and overall program administration and maintenance
* Create new forms and make revisions when needed
* Provide correspondence formatting and revision support
* Monitor document status through predetermined routing and approval process
* Interview, research and develop technical documents
* Coordinate and report document metrics
* Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
* Liaison and technical support during business process meetings, teleconferences, and events
Basic Qualifications * US. Citizen
* An Active DoD Secret Clearance is required and/or the ability to reinstate one within the past 24 months
* High School Diploma.
* Minimum of 2-years Microsoft Office suite experience including (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong Customer Service Skills
Preferred Qualifications * A team player and possess a strong ability to work collaboratively with a diverseteam as well as work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent oral communications skills with experience interacting and supporting government clients
* Ability to take direction from multiple points of contact
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Bachelor’s Degree
