MinUSD $165,000.00/Yr.MaxUSD $190,000.00/Yr.Job SummaryThe Division Manager (DM) is primarily responsible for the growth of commercial banking in the geographic market being served by managing a team of no less than six individuals, four of which shall be calling officers (Director, Senior Relationship Managers, Relationship Managers, Relationship Officers or Banking Officers). Success attributes for a DM include: proven business development skills in support of the Company's client segments, proven ability to retain, coach and motivate staff, proven ability to recruit Calling Officers to generate profitable business aligned with our risk appetite , superior portfolio management, sales management and risk identification skills.This position manages a team that may consist of calling officers, Loan Coordinators, and Credit Analysts, Senior Relationship Managers, Relationship Managers, Relationship Officers or Banking Officers. The team's primarily focus is on retaining and increasing the business we have with existing clients and obtaining new profitable relationships for the bank.
