The Electrical Engineer will develop requirements, design, and integrate electrical components, and support installation and test efforts as required. Candidate will be expected to develop a technical understanding/expertise to design and integrate Mission Control Centers, Telemetry Control Rooms, and/or Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) facilities as part of a team that is responsible for balancing risk as it pertains to budget, schedule, and scope of assigned projects. Designs, develops, and standardizes electrical solutions through the selection and integration of electrical components. Reviews design layouts and checks the design conformity on engineering standards and other factors. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
Design, integration, and prototyping experience related to Telemetry, audio-visual solutions, VoIP communications, avionics systems and/or instrumentation.
Experience developing integrated solutions intended for classified operation within secure compartmentalized areas. Required Skills:

Mechanical aptitude, ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers where engineering input is required to develop specifications for products and/or components.
Participate in developing project plans, test plans, and writing test reports; assist with creating, maintaining, and revising product project plans and effectively communicate project deadlines.
