Wayne's Automotive is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician / Shop Foreman to join our team in Warminster, PA. This is more than a technician position—you'll play a key role in driving shop performance, mentoring technicians, and ensuring every repair meets the highest standard while continuing to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily technician workflow and help keep shop operations running efficiently.
- Assign repair orders based on technician strengths and workload.
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and complex mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, drivability, and electrical system concerns.
- Mentor, coach, and develop technicians to improve technical skills and productivity.
- Partner with Service Advisors to maintain efficient repair timelines and communication.
- Help maintain quality control standards throughout the repair process.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Eight or more years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven leadership experience mentoring or leading other technicians.
- Ability to manage workflow while maintaining personal productivity.
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong teamwork skills.
- Pennsylvania State Inspection License preferred.
- Pennsylvania Emissions License preferred.
- Previous Shop Foreman or Lead Technician experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation of $80,000–$120,000+.
