Add, enhance and maintain Webster data ecosystem, data flows and underlying cloud and on prem infrastructure. Provide architectural solutions for complex integration use cases.Roles and Responsibilities Own and Execute Data Engineering programs and workstreams catering to multiple business areas like Risk, Commercial Bank and Marketing. Provide inputs to add, enhance and maintain Webster’s data architecture, data flows and underlying cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of talented data engineers and build a world class data engineering team. Partner with Webster business users, vendors, and other Webster IT teams to ensure program objectives are met. Setup cadence calls with them to track progress and manage project risks. Evaluate system architecture from data perspective and provide architectural solutions for complex integration use cases. Oversee development of scalable pipelines with accompanying audit and process controls. Run POCs and Implementation for various Informatica Cloud (IDMC) Products and Services. Spread awareness about the capabilities of informatica cloud to business and IT teams. Implement Webster’s data and tool modernization goals.?Experience Needed?At least 10 years of experience in data space with 3-5 years of experience in leading and mentoring data integration/engineering teams.Experienced data solutions architect with in-depth knowledge of Cloud, On Prem and Hybrid data ecosystems and services. Have played key role in Data Modernization initiatives.Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.The estimated salary range for this position is $160,000.00 to $180,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
