About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Lead Information Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (EDLP) team to lead, design and implement strategy for data protection/data loss prevention in a hybrid platform environment. The ideal candidate will bring broad set security experiences including successful DLP techniques (On-Prem and On-Cloud) and knowledge across the layers of security defense (Endpoint, Proxy, Application, Infrastructure) to define and influence solutions. This position is designed to assure success in our next-generation ability to discover, react and address to new data loss pathways On-Prem and On-Cloud. In this role, you will:Lead and design and implementation data loss prevention techniques for complex hybrid & Cloud platform solutionsParticipate in technical investigation of security related incidents and post incident digital forensics to identify causes and recommend future mitigation strategiesProvide security consulting on projects for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate information, security policy, and standardsDrive, design, document, and maintain a minimum viable baseline of security requirements and controls for complex hybrid & Cloud solutions related to data protection/data loss prevention techniquesUtilize subject matter knowledge in industry leading security solutions and best practices to implement one or more components of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuityCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including management levels.Assist a team to achieve objectivesRequired Qualifications, US:5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years in Data Loss Prevention/ Data Protection engineering experience3+ Years in Cloud security controls (M365, SaaS, IaaS and PaaS)Experience in creating and managing metricsDesired Qualifications:Knowledge and understanding of data security controls including configuration and vulnerability management, directory services content filtering, Internet proxies, Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), application security, encryption controls, key management, and log management solutions such as SplunkDemonstrate the ability to provide written and verbal communications to management to address real-time issues and incidentsAdvanced problem-solving skills, ability to develop effective long-term solutions to complex problemsExperience in leading design and implementation of security techniquesCertifications in one or more of the following: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Cloud Security CertificationsJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 20% of the timeThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleLocations:Charlotte, NCWestlake, TXChandler, AZNew York, NYSan Francisco, CAPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
