This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a world-class organization that is at the forefront identity solutions!Responsibilities:Translate business strategy into a comprehensive identity product strategyBuild and maintain scalable processes to effectively implement identity product strategy for a large enterpriseOffer valuable insights to individuals interested in services related to identity and the identity marketWrite high-level requirements to ensure detailed execution of product initiativesSupport Product Owners and collaborate with internal customers and key partners to address any questions or concerns they may haveLead all aspects of in-life products, including collecting customer feedback, identifying requirements, and resolving issuesDisplay strong written and verbal communication skills, and optimally interact with executives and individuals across all levels of the organization.About YouBasic Requirements:5+ years of experience in program/product management in the security or technology-focused domain5+ years of experience with Identity & Access ManagementExperience with Identity tooling such as Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, AzureAD, etc.Other Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant fieldSolid understanding and proven experience with Zero Trust & Identity knowledge and its application in improving security for all facets of IdentityFamiliarity with regulatory compliancesExperience with collaboration tools and products like Atlassian and Google WorkspaceDetailed knowledge of security and identity-related methodologies and their impact on enterprise organizationsAbility to effectively navigate and mitigate risks within a global organizationWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
