Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually

Xtreme Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Support Manager (PSM) to lead and manage a large-scale team, supporting vital government contracts. As a PSM, you will be responsible for the overall contract performance, overseeing supervisors, and ensuring that staffing and deliverables meet the highest standards. You will also serve as the primary liaison between Xtreme Solutions and U.S. Department of State (DOS) staff, ensuring seamless operations and addressing any challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the contract management team, ensuring all operations exceed contractual requirements. • Oversee staffing and personnel management, including hiring, performance reviews, improvement plans, and terminations. • Act as a liaison with DOS staff, addressing any issues that cannot be resolved on-site. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and performance efficiency. • Provide quick responses to additional support requests and deploy qualified staff as needed. • Represent Xtreme Solutions in conference calls, video conferences, and meetings with U.S. Government agencies. • Resolve problems quickly with minimal disruption to ongoing contract activities. Education & Experience Required: • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university. • Over 5 years of progressive management experience with a focus on managing large contracts. • Expertise in all aspects of personnel management, including hiring, performance reviews, and discharging employees without incident. Qualifications: • Strong understanding of the mission and staffing needs across multiple offices. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work closely with leadership to address contractual issues. • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and resolving conflicts efficiently.
