Your New Role

• Perform service, repair, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC/R equipment

• Assist with the installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Service and maintain boilers, furnaces, air conditioning systems, commercial refrigeration equipment, and ice machines

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to restore equipment performance

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding system conditions and recommended solutions

• Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner

• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices

• Serve customers throughout Strasburg, CO, and surrounding areas

• Minimum 3 years of residential and commercial HVAC/R experience

• Experience working with boilers, furnaces, air conditioning systems, refrigeration equipment, and ice machines

• EPA/CFC Certification required

• Valid Colorado driver's license

• Personal hand tools required

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service

• NATE Certification preferred
