Your New Role

  • Install and commission residential HVAC systems in new construction homes

  • Read blueprints and perform accurate system layout and equipment placement

  • Complete sheet metal fabrication and installation

  • Install low voltage controls and complete system start up procedures

  • Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, performance, and visual quality

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site

  • Communicate clearly with team members, project managers, and homeowners

  • 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience, preferably in new construction

  • Proficient in reading plans and performing equipment and ductwork layout

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal installation, and start up procedures

  • EPA certification preferred

  • OSHA 30 or 40, BEST cards, or other trade related certifications preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Commitment to professional communication and safe work practices
