What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise electrical maintenance operations on-site in Mullan, Idaho

  • Direct daily work of mine electricians

  • Plan and oversee preventive and emergency electrical work

  • Troubleshoot power distribution, motors, PLCs, and instrumentation

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

  • Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams

  • Manage work orders, reporting, and documentation

  • Train and develop electrical team members

  • Support continuous improvement and system reliability

What You Need

  • 5+ years of industrial or mining electrical experience

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong knowledge of power distribution, PLCs, motors, and controls

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems

  • Familiarity with industrial safety standards

  • Journeyman Electrician license preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand environment

  • Willingness and ability to work on-site in Mullan, Idaho, with relocation assistance provided
