What You'll Do
As our HVAC Lead Installer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality residential HVAC installations while leading installation crews from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
Lead residential HVAC installation projects
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment
Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local building codes
Train and mentor apprentices and install helpers
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Complete installation paperwork accurately
Coordinate with dispatch and office staff to ensure successful project completion
Qualifications
Required
2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
Residential retrofit installation experience
EPA Certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
Willingness to grow with our company
Preferred Qualifications:
Residential retrofit experience
