Your New Role

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for multiple carpentry projects across the Philadelphia Tri-State Area

  • Oversee multiple jobsites to support safe, efficient, and on-schedule project delivery

  • Direct carpenters, field staff, and subcontractors to maintain production goals and workmanship standards

  • Conduct pre-job evaluations to support strong project startup and field execution

  • Partner with project management and division leadership to report jobsite conditions, progress, and operational needs

  • Apply material planning and production control practices to reduce waste, improve labor efficiency, and support project budgets

  • Maintain jobsite organization, workflow, and adherence to company processes

  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of field team members

  • Reinforce OSHA-aligned safety practices and contribute to a safe, productive work environment

  • Identify field issues early and work with leadership to implement practical solutions

  • Build strong communication across project managers, foremen, crews, and subcontractor partners

  • 3+ years of experience in a foreman, superintendent, or construction management role

  • Strong background in commercial carpentry, jobsite leadership, construction methods, and blueprint reading

  • Clear understanding of construction workflows, labor coordination, and subcontractor oversight

  • Experience leading crews and managing daily field operations across multiple projects

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage schedules, priorities, deadlines, and changing jobsite needs

  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safe jobsite practices

  • Associate degree in Construction Management preferred

  • Lean Construction experience preferred

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred

  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred

  • Bilingual communication skills preferred

  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in changing jobsite conditions

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairs

  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and handle tools and materials throughout the workday

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds

  • Valid driver’s license
