Your New Role

• Serve residential and light commercial customers within a 20-mile radius of Southampton, Pennsylvania including Camden and Bensalem

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini split systems

• Perform HVAC maintenance, inspections, seasonal tune-ups, and repairs

• Provide clear, honest solutions based on customer needs

• Install and replace HVAC components according to manufacturer specifications and local code

• Maintain accurate service records and time logs

• Keep your company vehicle and tools organized and ready

• Participate in rotating Saturday shifts and scheduled on-call service

• 6 to 10 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service experience

• Active EPA Certification

• OSHA Certification is a plus

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Strong ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical HVAC systems

• Clear and professional communication with customers and team members

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays and scheduled on-call shifts
