Your New Role
Location: Moab, Utah
Oversee daily commercial construction site operations from pre-construction through project completion
Manage subcontractors, project schedules, and jobsite coordination
Lead commercial ground-up construction projects while maintaining production timelines
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, inspectors, and stakeholders
Conduct site meetings and provide project status updates
Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope
Maintain quality control standards throughout all phases of construction
Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Support successful execution of multi-story commercial construction projects, including hotel construction projects

5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
Experience managing multi-story commercial ground-up construction projects (4 stories or higher preferred)
Ground-up commercial construction experience
Hotel construction project experience
Strong knowledge of commercial building systems, construction management, jobsite coordination, scheduling, and subcontractor management
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Valid driver's license
OSHA certification preferred
Procore or similar construction management software experience preferred
