What Would You Do? The right candidate delivers and picks up parts and equipment for the dealership in a timely and accurate manner. S/he is a liaison of parts sales, assuring customer satisfaction and supporting outside sales in promoting the organizations goods and services. S/he is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Drives in a safe, courteous, and defensive manner.
  • Pulls, verifies, and organizes parts for delivery to assure accuracy.
  • Assists in organizing delivery route to be as efficient as possible.
  • Assures vehicles are properly fueled, clean, and ready for transport or delivery.
  • Assures parts/supplies are delivered to appropriate destination in proper time.
  • Delivers accompanying paperwork to the appropriate person.
  • Assures vehicles are properly secured.
  • Helps keep a clean and orderly dock.
  • Communicates professionally with customers at sites.
  • Settings up customer returns accurately.
  • Participates in yearly physical inventories.

Do you have the necessary education and experience?

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older and have a clean driving record, maintain current vehicle insurance, and be able to pass insurance guidelines for drivability.
  • Valid class C or D drivers license preferred.
  • Must be able to drive long distances, and for several hours.
  • Able to work with and understand route guiding and navigation software
