LPN (LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE)

*$500 sign on bonus. *$250 upon hire and remaining after ninety days.

Qualifications: LPN licensed in Ohio

Excellent documentation skills

Basic computer skills

Valid driver's license

Ability to work independently

Able to pass drug screen and background check

Excellent time management and organizational skills
