Bachelor’s degree from a University accredited by a U.S. Department of Education recognized accreditor; degree(s) from regionally accredited universities and universities ranked highly by U.S. News and World Report preferred.
Minimum one (1) year of work experience or college-level coursework in analyzing data sets of numbers, and writing clear and concise reports.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Develop, prepare, and present terms and conditions in proposals related to the award of contracts.
Negotiate and award contracts, contract modifications, and subcontracts. Participate in negotiating, awarding, or administering contracts, or the analysis of procurement policies and procedures. Administer the terms and conditions of contracts, including such aspects as preparing contract modifications, evaluation of performance under the contract, and contract termination. Analyze proposed prices or costs, including such aspects as evaluating technical and audit reports, forecasting price trends, evaluating economic factors, estimating production efficiencies, and evaluating methods of allocating cost through various types of overhead and general and administrative expense. Formulate policies and procedures for the acquisition of goods or services, participate in procurement management reviews and contract clearance, or develop positions on claims and protests related to contracts.
