Who We're Looking For: Are you seeking a role where you can make a real difference? We're on the lookout for passionate and energetic Behavior Analysts who are ready to supervise a caseload of young clients (aged 2-7) in our vibrant center. Your Role: As a Behavior Analyst at Zephyr, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our young learners. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, designing personalized treatment plans, and providing guidance to our dedicated team of behavior therapists. You'll have the chance to foster a playful and supportive environment where children can thrive and express their unique personalities.

Requirements:
Master's Degree with BCBA certification (required)
Active MA LABA (required)
Experience with research-based assessments
Strong leadership skills with a humble approach
Ability to think creatively and design engaging activities for children
Knowledge of naturalistic teaching strategies in ABA
Familiarity with AAC devices and pairing procedures
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Creative problem-solving abilities
Must be physically able to engage in outdoor play and lift at least 30lbs
