Our firm's small docket allows us to focus on delivering the highest level of service, while our innovative approach, advanced technology, and start-up mentality set us apart in the industry.Responsibilities:Handle personal injury cases from intake through verdictDraft and respond to motions, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal principles and proceduresWork closely with clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional client service throughout the legal processUtilize your substantial knowledge of TRCP (Texas Rules of Civil Procedure) and Rules of Evidence to develop persuasive legal strategiesQualifications:JD from a fully accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing with the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico State BarStrong experience in drafting and responding to motionsDemonstrated ability to work with clientsAdept knowledge of TRCP and Rules of EvidenceAmbition and passion for becoming an elite trial attorney, coupled with a relentless work ethicExcellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with support staffBilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plusCompensation and Benefits:$100,000 - $200,000 base pay (Depending on experience) + uncapped bonus potentialAbility to work remotely one day a weekOpportunities for ongoing training and mentoringOpportunities to advance and grow within the firmContingency fee referral bonus opportunitiesPaid time off (20 days) and 10 paid holidaysIRA plan with company contribution (up to 3% match)Medical, vision, and dental insurance (90% of Medical covered by the firm)Firm Philosophy: We firmly uphold the value of every individual within our team, ensuring they have the chance to build a rewarding career both financially and personally.
