    Summary

    CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Automated Fuels Delivery Division. We are looking for a full-time CDL Truck Driver in the Davenport, IA area to deliver refined fuels and gas to CHS customer locations in a safe and efficient manner.  

    *This role is eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver commodities to customer locations in a safe, punctual, and efficient manner.? 
    • Complete daily maintenance report and notify shop supervisor of any needed repairs.? 
    • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections as well as loading and unloading products.? 
    • Follow all guidelines and regulations for hauling bulk liquid products including, but not limited to Refined Fuels (Gas and Diesel)
    • Maintain electronic logs and on-board computer with each shipment.? 
    • Utilize loading arms and hoses for loading and unloading  
    • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.  
    • Work extended hours in-season to meet business demands – may include weekends

    Minimum Qualifications (required)

    • Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsement 
    • 2+ years of verifiable commercial driving experience  
    • High School diploma or GED  
    • Must meet minimum age requirement  

    Additional Qualifications

    • Class A CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsement  
    • Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMCSA Clearinghouse. 

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift/carry up to 80 lbs, walk, stand, sit, bend, and kneel

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
