<p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p>CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Customer Sales who will lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented Corporate Account Managers who focus on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. This team manages the full sales cycle for our small to midsize business segment.</p><p></p><p><i><span>This is a hybrid-remote role and will require you to go into the Austin, TX office at least 1-2 days a week for team building, unity, and collaboration.</span></i></p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers</p></li><li><p>Coaching reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices when it comes to presenting to customers, delivering health checks, and generating upsell/cross sell opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Forecasting accurately to management</p></li><li><p>Working with internal teams to grow the team’s pipeline, apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help sellers be more effective, and increase close rates</p></li><li><p>Recruiting and training of new Corporate Account Managers</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with our Sales Engineering to devise and execute account strategies and plans. </p></li><li><p>Partner with our Channel Team to drive engagement with customers to expand current investment with CrowdStrike.</p></li><li><p>Forecast and report updates to the management team.</p></li><li><p>Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert of CrowdStrike products</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Need:</b></p><ul><li><p>3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity, selling to a technical audience such as IT, Security, Engineers, etc. Preferred industry is Saas and/or Security,</p></li><li><p>1+ years of front-line sales management experience with history of meeting/exceeding quota and performance expectations</p></li><li><p>Experience working with channel sales, presales/post sales and supporting departments to drive sales execution.</p></li><li><p>Track record of hiring, coaching, and leading successful sales team.</p></li><li><p>Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-JN1</p><p>#LI-HK1</p>PandoLogic.
