<span ><span ><strong>CV Resources has partnered with a company in the CPG/Food & Beverage space</strong> to help them identify their next <strong>Staff Accountant</strong>.</span></span><br><br><span ><span >This full-time role is based on site in Burbank<strong>.</strong></span></span><br><br><span ><span ><strong>Position: Staff Accountant</strong></span></span><br><span ><span ><strong>Location:</strong> Burbank, CA<br><strong>Schedule Options:</strong> 7am–4pm, 8am–5pm, or 9am–6pm<br><strong>Compensation:</strong> Up to $80,000 DOE<br><br><strong>Industry:</strong> CPG / Retail</span></span><br><span ><span ><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></span></span><ul><li ><span ><span >Process full-cycle payroll and benefits (Paycom)</span></span><li ><span ><span >Handle daily cash/check deposits and customer payments (ACH, credit card)</span></span><li ><span ><span >Manage reconciliations (bank & balance sheet)</span></span><li ><span ><span >Process monthly commissions and health/401k contributions</span></span><li ><span ><span >Prepare and dispute chargebacks; assist in tax filings and audit prep</span></span><li ><span ><span >Perform AR collections, billing, and financial reporting</span></span><li ><span ><span >Participate in month-end close and journal entries</span></span><li ><span ><span >File sales and use tax returns; maintain high-volume records and paperwork</span></span></ul><span ><span ><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></span><ul><li ><span ><span >Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Required)</span></span><li ><span ><span >2+ years of accounting experience in a similar role</span></span><li ><span ><span >Experience with <strong>NetSuite</strong> or <strong>SAP Business One</strong> (ideally both—company is currently transitioning)</span></span><li ><span ><span >Solid knowledge of GAAP, payroll practices, and AR/AP</span></span><li ><span ><span >High integrity, strong attention to detail, and great communication</span></span><li ><span ><span >Experience with POS (e.g., Revel) or B2B platforms a plus</span></span><li ><span ><span >Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial-style setting</span></span><li ><span ><span >Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to wear multiple hats</span></span></ul><br><span ><span ><strong> Perks & Culture:</strong></span></span><ul><li ><span ><span ><strong>Generous discounts</strong> on food, beverages & merch</span></span><li ><span ><span ><strong>Health, Dental, Vision + 401(k)</strong> options</span></span><li ><span ><span ><strong>Paid Time Off</strong> (Vacation, Sick, Holidays)</span></span><li ><span ><span ><strong>Metro commuter subsidy</strong></span></span></ul><span ><span >If you're an ambitious Staff Accountant looking to dive into a dynamic role with a company that values hard work, we want to hear from you.</span></span><br>PandoLogic.
