Your New Role

  • Drive business development as a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative within your assigned territory

  • Generate new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach

  • Identify and pursue commercial HVAC service, retrofit, and energy-efficiency projects

  • Conduct site visits to evaluate client needs and project scope

  • Develop proposals and estimates aligned with customer requirements

  • Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Follow a typical schedule of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on client needs

  • Experience in B2B sales; HVAC, construction, or mechanical services experience preferred

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals

  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship management

  • Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory

  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
