Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 _tmplitem="1" miles from facility will be processed as local.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Rotating: Days/Nights
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: 4 weekend days per schedule - Every Other/As Needed.
Call Requirements: As Needed.
Float Requirements: Yes, As Needed - Any Unit
Additional Notes: Experience in Surgical, Ortho, Trauma, Joint Replacement Center, Step Down, Cardiac, PCU.
Patient Population: Serves all ages.
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Trauma, Orthopedic, Surgical.
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Trauma, SBO, Knee Replacement, Hip Replacement, S/P Fall, Urology, Surgery, etc.
Scrub Color: Any
