The company’s managing partners are industry veterans with over 50 years of combined institutional experience, having each worked in the Capital Markets divisions of top global firms including Cushman & Wakefield and JLL, and have advised on over $35 billion in completed transactions. Upland Property Advisors was created to capitalize on a unique opportunity identified in the mid-cap segment of the New York City commercial real estate market, where most competing brokerages active in this space are less sophisticated in terms of marketing approach or financial structuring. We are an entrepreneurial operation unburdened by the bureaucracy, internal politics, and conflicts of interest often faced within the larger corporate firms.
