The Caring Place of Hot Springs is a non-profit ministry dedicated to the care of people with Alzheimer`s and Dementia Related Illnesses. We are seeking an individual to serve as our Director of Program Services, including oversight of caregivers, activity director, coordinate our volunteers, develop and coordinate our activity program and assure that our participants are care for. Responsibilities will include oversight of a program that meets the physical, spiritual and emotional care of the participants and their families. Must be emotionally mature, experienced in dealing with individuals who suffer from cognitive issues on many levels. Must be organized and high energy. Must be able to demonstrate experience in the care and supervisory skills to lead and direct individuals in a team manner. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys improving the lives of those around them.
