Autoworkers get back to work

Great news for workers in the auto industry, after being unproductive and locked down for over two months, auto leaders such as GM, Ford, Fiat and Chrysler attempt to reopen assembly plants with the required safety measures such as masks, gloves and curtains. The auto sector plays a big role in stimulating manufacturing since it is one of the largest contributors to the nation's manufacturing sector. This is good news for automakers, dealers and suppliers as well all of whom have lost billions of dollars in sales due to the pandemic.
