Casper is hiring professional sleepers
A mattress company is searching for a role where napping while working is not only acceptable but also required. 'Casper Sleepers' are being hired by Casper, a New York-based business established in 2014.
According to the job description, Casper Sleepers will be "in our stores, and in unexpected settings out in the world." When workers are awake, unfortunately, there will be some job to be done. Specifically, they will be required to produce social media posts detailing their experience as paid sleepers.
As per the job post, applications are accepted until August 11th. The ideal applicant should, of course, be able to sleep through everything, have outstanding sleeping skills, and wish to sleep as much as possible.
Successful candidates will take pleasure in wearing pyjamas to work, receiving a limited number of complimentary Casper items, and having the flexibility of a part-time schedule in addition to getting paid to sleep. As part of their application, aspiring sleepers are urged to showcase their sleeping prowess on TikTok, according to Casper.
